MeddlingMage | Yup, as the title states, I will be there. Playing Legacy on Saturday (VIP baby! A birthday present from a buddy) and probably some side events. So who is going? And who wants to meet up? (daner??) ~MM __________________ Blah, blah, blah werewolf. Smackity-smack not a werewolf. Suspicious of this fruit loop. I will see you there.

SageShadows | I wish I could go, but 500 dollars for flight+hotel+taxi just to go 0-3 drop doesn't sound appealing, haha. Have fun! |
LandDestroyer | The NJ Grand Prix? I just saw that John Avon will be there so I might go now. Also SCG runs it so it should go fairly smoothly (playmats gaurunteed unlike GP DC/Chicago) and it's legacy. |
MeddlingMage | And the playmats and sleeves are brainstorm art ~MM __________________ Blah, blah, blah werewolf. Smackity-smack not a werewolf. Suspicious of this fruit loop. My vote this round will be for Player X.New keeper of the Logout button

Do the artists do free signings at these things? ~MM __________________ Blah, blah, blah werewolf. Smackity-smack not a werewolf. Suspicious of this fruit loop. My vote this round will be for Player X.New keeper of the Logout button

Yes. They generally sign up to 10 cards for each person as they go through the line. You might want to find out if they do a nice autograph vs. a sloppy one. I've seen both by an artist. You can also buy from select artist proofs they might have or ask for certain art drawn on playmats or back of artist proofs for a price. Just depends on the artist and time and size of drawing. Good luck....Greg |

I'd be surprised if Avon didn't charge.

As a warning to everyone who is going specifically to see John Avon; he has chronic fatigue and it's a possibility he won't stay the entire time or may take long breaks from signing. Just be cautious if you're going specifically for him. |

daner | I wont see you there I thought it was next weekend, not this one. I actually had work called off for the last two months planning it out, and suddenly realized its this weekend and not next last week.....this is bill week, and id be flat broke. I hate going places flat broke. So Im skipping it.....could use the CC but nah, worked too damn hard to almost pay that crap off....sorry guys.
Ian and stu already knew, sorry MM EDIT: ....and just paid 387.20 for my car to get inspected and brakes. That one stung a bit.
Thats with the Chevy recall for the microswitch replacement, apparently if your brakes wore rapidly bc of their failed vaccum it doesnt cover the wear, just the replacement of the part(which took damn near 4 months for them to get in stock)....so yea, after this and the problems i had w the 09 malibu ltz...and all the problems my grandparents and mother had with their fords....im suggesting NEVER buying an american car again.

oneofchaos | Anyone mind picking me up a playmat if I pay them for it? (Either selling yours, or trying to find another for me?) |
